MY FAVOURITE BITS OF OTHER PEOPLE'S WEDDINGS

It’s so great when you go to a wedding and get that ‘BRILLIANT IDEA’ moment.

No 1: Pictures of the bride and groom as kids on the back of the toilet door. I can only guess they did the same in the little boys’ room. But this is a great cheeky idea that I wish I had thought of!

No 2: a wedding cake with of tie dye icing. It was actually Tamal Ray, the British Bake Off star, a friend of the couple, who made this. So chic, so modern. Stunning. Here’s a video of it:

No. 3: Postcard thank you cards. I adore this retro postcard from our friends’ Lauren and Mark’s wedding. It looks like something from the past, and I really think it’s one of those thank you cards you keep forever. This one is a perfect meeting of retro picture (fab vw van guys!), with retro format (who doesn’t love a postcard?). Plus the thick card means it’s lasted years and still looks great.
