This Schedule is subject to, and forms part of, the Terms of this agreement

Services

Attendance at and photography of the Wedding with start and end times to be agreed upon in advance, following which processing and editing of film and delivery of all versions of video online and by post on USB.

Deliverables

Up to 10 hours’ wedding coverage. Three videos (teaser, highlight and package option), delivered online and by hard copy. All files kept as backup for 9 months.

Delivery Date

No longer than twelve weeks after the wedding date.

Charges

Charges to be confirmed within the Total Price Agreed above. A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required within 3 working days to confirm the booking.

Expenses

Travel charges apply unless specifically agreed separately. Food will be provided for all videographers in attendance. Food will be provided at the same time as the guests in order to continue coverage upon the commencement of proceedings, for example: speeches, cutting of cake.

Payment Terms

The Client shall pay the Videographer the Charges (and where applicable Expenses).  The Client shall pay the Videographer the Non-Refundable Deposit as outlaid in the Charges within 3 days that the Schedule is signed, and shall pay the remainder of the Charges in addition to the Expenses (where applicable) 30 days prior to the Event Date.

Cancellation

The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event you will be required to pay 100% of the Charges.

Terms and Conditions 

1. The acceptance of the booking outlined on the booking form once completed is based on agreement by the client of the terms and conditions stated herein.
2. All original materials remain the property of the videographer.
3. A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to be settled on the placement of the booking.
4. The outstanding balance on the wedding package will be paid one month prior to the date of the wedding and is non-refundable.
5. Although the videographer’s and their appointed agents shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of their duties, it is understood that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of photographic record, the videographer will only be responsible for the return of all the money paid to date.
6. Use of images cannot be sold, used for any advertising or stock agencies without the permission of Holey Matrimony.
7. License to copyright permits the following uses, printing for personal use and personal use for social networking.
8. It is understood that the copyright of all and any footage belongs to Holey Matrimony.
9. On occasions and without notice it may be necessary for the videographer originally specified to be substituted by another videographer (e.g due to ill health)
