ARGHHHHH the first dance! How much to prepare, should you take it seriously or should you treat it as a joke? Above is a great example of a brilliant first dance with minimal preparation (no offence guys!). But it does go to show that you can put on a great show without too much stress - the crowd at this one were absolutely loving it and Charlotte’s cheekiness and enjoyment really added a certain je ne sais quoi!

CRYING AT STRANGERS' WEDDINGS

I'm a sucker for emotion. Even after the 30th watch on a long edit, these weddings can make me cry! A certain facial expression, a choked-back word, a really honest speech, can bring on the eyeball mist! I am always particularly impressed by good speeches. I love the bravery of someone standing up in a room full of people and saying something honest. Their family and friends are rapt, eating up every word. I love how everyone has stopped what they're doing to spend a day listening to each other.
